How can you charge so little?
Recruitment agencies tend to charge a fee once they’ve successfully placed someone within an organisation. The fee is usually based on the starting salary of the candidate and is normally between 15-25% depending on the agency.
This fee, not only covers the recruitment of the person, but also has to take into account the recruitment agency overheads, such as their own staff salaries, property & office rent/rates, phones & advertising etc..
We don’t have overheads like these. We just do our best to ensure you are getting relevant CV’s in front of you.
What is the CV Selection process you follow
The whole point of outsourcing the most laborious part of the recruitment process is to save you time and money.
You don’t want to be inundated with applications that you have to spend hours sifting through to find relevant candidates.
So we will select CV’s to your specification, including speaking to each applicant and recording information for the short-listed candidates for you..
