Considering how important recruitment it is to just about everything a small business does, it is sometimes surprising that the process isn’t given more attention. The quality of the team you have around you is most often the single best predictor of future success for any venture. For many small businesses, the prospect of recruiting is daunting for many reasons; not least the time it takes, the effort involved in sifting through CV’s & the waste of time because of interviewees that don’t attend.. Sometimes you can really be lost in the whole process. Also, if you are a small business, chances are you are not a “expert” in hiring people & have never been trained in interviewing or reading the “signs” that may avoid the difficulties. Far too many hires are made now due to need rather than matching skills & here-in lies the problem for the small business.. You may be able to get another “bum on a seat” (pardon the phrase) but the time it takes to interview, train, shadow, check & maybe even re-interview if the hire doesn’t work out, can be soul-destroying. Happily, there is a better way.

How can you charge so little?
Recruitment agencies tend to charge a fee once they’ve successfully placed someone within an organisation. The fee is usually based on the starting salary of the candidate and is normally between 15-25% depending on the agency.
This fee, not only covers the recruitment of the person, but also has to take into account the recruitment agency overheads, such as their own staff salaries, property & office rent/rates, phones & advertising etc..
We don’t have overheads like these. We just do our best to ensure you are getting relevant CV’s in front of you.
